Beth Wilson AM began painting when she was the Health Services Commissioner. It was a way of reconciling the busy-ness, rewards and sadness of Beth’s professional life with the need to express herself using the creative side of her brain.

“I love improvisation in music and this informs my paintings,” says Beth. “I am fascinated by the process of transition and the inspirational way everything is always changing yet stays the same.  Transition to transformation and back again; that’s what I’m after, and I find it mainly in the wild skies, waves and landscapes of Cape Bridgewater”
